Ooookay -- actually I think this is the place to post my thoughts on the writing life. I didn't realize my entire blog was going to be named "First Times" but I guess that's alright since I'm publishing my first book as an indie author.

I'm way too tired today after working all day to finish up the paperwork for the VA for my parents, getting their apartment cleaned up, and doing lymphatic massage on my mother's feet to get the swelling down to write a real crowd-pleaser of a blog, so...
